These terms describe the current pilot-stage BPA service.

BPA is a closed-access platform. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public registration.
Pilot participation is subject to evaluation and mutual agreement and may be discontinued by either party.
BPA provides decision-support analysis and does not replace accounting, tax, legal, investment, or audit advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for decisions made using BPA outputs.
